Introduction

Thank you for choosing the PARD NV008S or NV008S-LRF Digital Night Vision Scope .
Please read this user manual carefully before using the product to ensure proper operation and optimal performance.

This product is designed for civilian applications and must not be used for military purposes.

Important precautions

  • Remove the insulation tape from the battery before first use.

  • Only use a fully charged 18650 lithium-ion battery (3.7V) .

  • Turn off the device and remove the battery if it will not be used for more than 10 days.

  • Never point the lens directly at strong light sources (sun, laser, welding).

  • Avoid moisture, water and dust. The device is IP67 protected, but do not immerse in water.

  • Do not disassemble the device without authorization.

  • Use only original PARD accessories and chargers.

  • Store the product in a dry and ventilated place (−20°C to +50°C).

  • Export: All PARD night vision and thermal imaging devices require an export license.

Product overview

PARD NV008S is a compact digital night vision scope with 1080p CMOS sensor and OLED display (1024×768) .
The device combines day and night mode, WiFi connectivity , IR illuminator and optional LRF (Laser Range Finder) in one robust unit.

The new VLEA (Visible Light Enhancement Algorithm) significantly improves contrast and image detail, even in very low light.

The LRF model (NV008S-LRF) can measure distances up to 1200 meters and uses an integrated Ballistic Calculator for precise shot calculations.

Installation and preparation

1. Battery mounting

  1. Unscrew the battery cover counterclockwise.

  2. Remove the insulation tape.

  3. Insert the battery with the + pole facing in and tighten the cover.

  4. Hold down the Power button for 3 seconds to turn on the device.

  5. The PARD logo appears on the display.

Note: Use only one 18650 battery. Avoid damage, overheating or moisture.

2. Mounting on weapons

  1. Attach the mounting ring to the sight via the Weaver/Picatinny rail.

  2. Tighten the screws with the included Allen key.

  3. Ensure correct eye distance (approx. 45 mm).

  4. Check that the image on the display is centered.

3. Focusing

  • Turn the diopter ring to sharpen text and symbols on the screen.

  • Then turn the focus ring until the target appears clear.

Menu and settings

  1. Display Brightness – 7 levels of brightness.

  2. IR Brightness – 3 levels adapted to distance and lighting conditions.

  3. Scene Mode – City , Rain , Forest for optimal contrast.

  4. Ballistic Calculator – adjust bullet weight, velocity, distance and environmental parameters.

  5. Range Unit – select meters or yards.

  6. Gyroscope / E-Compass – show inclination and direction.

  7. Auto Recording – automatic video recording at startup.

  8. Loop Recording – continuous video recording in clips (1–10 min).

  9. Record Audio – enable/disable audio.

  10. WiFi – connect to PardVision App (code: 12345678).

  11. Date/Time & Language – customize language, date and time.

  12. Format SD – erase all content on the memory card.

  13. Default Setting – restore factory settings.

  14. Version Info – show software version.

WiFi and PardVision App

  1. Download the PardVision App from the App Store or Google Play.

  2. Enable WiFi on both the NV008S and your smartphone.

  3. Find the network PARD_xxxxxx and enter the password 12345678 .

  4. Launch the app for live viewing, recording, and file transfer.

Ballistic Calculator (LRF version)

The NV008S-LRF automatically calculates POI (Point of Impact) based on distance, bullet weight and speed.

  • Activate Ballistic Mode in the menu.

  • Set values ​​for ammunition and aiming height.

  • Use LRF to measure target distance — the system automatically adjusts the aiming point.

Maintenance

  • Always use the lens cap when the device is not in use.

  • Clean lenses with a microfiber cloth.

  • Avoid moisture, dust and direct sunlight.

  • Use only original cables and chargers.

  • Contact Nieload support in case of errors – never open the device yourself.
